Active
Paid and current. Full access to your plan.
Trial
Same as Active, with reminders one week, three days, and one day before your trial ends.
Past Due
7-day grace where everything keeps working, plus a warning banner.
Suspended
Reads stay open. New writes are blocked. The billing page is always reachable.
Cancelled
Fully read-only. Reactivate anytime from the billing page.

- How do AI credits work?
- One credit covers roughly one OCR page, one minute of audio or video transcription, or fifty entity-recognition calls. Each plan ships a monthly pool that resets on the 1st — you can see your balance at any time on the Plan & Usage dashboard.
- Is annual billing available?
- Yes. Paying annually saves the equivalent of two months. Choose annual when you sign up or contact us to switch an existing subscription.
- How is usage measured?
- Live, on the dashboard. Storage, items, files, users, and AI credits each have their own bar — green under 80%, yellow under 95%, red at 100%. Updated on every change, reconciled nightly so it never drifts.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- You get a friendly modal that shows exactly which limit you hit, where you stand, and a one-click jump to the upgrade page. Existing data keeps working — nothing is locked or hidden.
- What happens if a subscription lapses?
- Past Due gives you a 7-day grace where everything keeps working. After that you move to Suspended — reads stay open, but new writes are blocked. Cancelled is fully read-only. The billing page is always reachable so you can reactivate at any time.
- Can we negotiate custom limits?
- Yes — Enterprise plans support custom add-ons (extra storage, users, AI credit boosts). Talk to us; we set them up on your tenant without moving you to a bespoke plan.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- Everything is yours. Full export as CSV, JSON, EAD, and original files. No lock-in, ever.
