Terms of service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Archively.AI. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you're acting on behalf of an institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution.
1. The service
Archively.AI is a multi-tenant digital archive management platform. We provide hosting, support, and continuous updates. Specific features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
Designated tenant administrators can create and remove users within their tenancy. We do not audit tenant-internal decisions about access.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership of the records and files you upload. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service on your behalf.
You represent that you have the rights required to upload and process the material you bring to Archively.AI.
You may export all your content at any time, in standards-aligned formats, without additional fee.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to subvert the security of the platform.
Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe for vulnerabilities outside an agreed program, or scrape beyond reasonable use.
5. Fees and billing
Fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are set in your order form or pricing page. Unpaid balances past thirty days may result in suspension of access, preceded by written notice.
6. Uptime and support
We target high availability and publish our SLA separately for paying tiers. Support channels and response times depend on your plan.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care. We don't share your content with third parties except sub-processors operating under equivalent obligations.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis except as expressly stated. Our liability is capped as described in the separate master agreement. Paste your jurisdiction-specific language here before publication.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. You may terminate for convenience at your renewal date. On termination, we provide a full export and delete your content in accordance with the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least thirty days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
The governing law and forum clause go here. Update to match your entity's jurisdiction before publication.
